Open New Outlook Calendar Appointment through a hyperlink

In cell F5, I have a hyperlink to create a new email when the user clicks it. Is there a way to create a hyperlink so that when the user clicks on it, it will open a "New Appointment" window from the Outlook calendar like the attached picture?

The Excel file would be stored on a network drive, so it would need the ability to access the Outlook calendar of the person clicking on the hyperlink (to open a "New Appointment" on that person's Outlook calendar).

If this is possible, is it also possible to prepopulate some of these fields?

Can anybody send any helpful links?

I'm sure you can do this with a VBA program, though I've never tried specifically that. But without VBA... Wait, you can open a new email without writing a VBA program? How does that work?
