Where do You count number of orders?
Where is the 1st half of question?
It's a challenge to try to do something with a snapshot.
You should able to send a sample Excel file with some sample data.
... with expected results based Your data.

"and payment type as a credit card."

Which column is that shown in ? What is the code for 'credit card' ?

Seems to be a DAX related question as I see 'calculated column' That's only in Power Pivot.

So the formula is probably right, but it's a mystery to me, why you want in inside a column. You most likely need a measure. Once you use it in a pivot, it will calculate correctly on the coordinated fields.

If you don't have a basic understanding on how Power Pivot works, you are going to be in trouble faster than you'd like.

If still some sample data is too huge then there has to something wild.

You should able to follow below basic steps to get expected solution:
  • When drafting a question, try and lay out the question in a clear and concise way.
  • Try and tell the readers what is the situation, what have you tried and what do you want to achieve.
  • Don't leave out information more info is better
