#Num error in Dynamic subtables

I am attempting to create multiple tabs with dynamic subtables from a master sheet. I continue to get a #num error. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Not sure I understand. There are no formulas in either of the tabs in that workbook.

If you use a Helper Column , the formulae become simpler.
