In your case...
In Cell B28: =IFERROR(INDEX($A$3:$B$23,SMALL(IF(INDEX($A$3:$B$23,,1)=$A28,ROW(INDEX($A$3:$B$23,,1))-ROW($A$2),""),COLUMN(A:A)),2),"")
Enter as array (CSE). Copy and drag to range B28:G31
