Non-printing characters in current region?

In the attached file, if I select a cell in my data and press Ctrl + * to select the current region, the selection doesn't end on row 33. Instead it ends on row 7319.

This data comes from a Cognos report that I ran.

Why is this and what is causing this?

How did You copy & paste those?
= Did You copy & pasted ONLY those 66 cells or more?
... or how that data comes?
Check this file...
Ps. There were 'something' in some other cells too.
