No of records to be count from a query in VBA

Hi,
Iam uploading an excel into database....here I need to count that no of records or rows inserted into database....

If iam true,I can get the no of rows from a query
Ex:Query=insert command into database.

From the above query,can I get no of records or rows that are inserted into DB...

And if any missing rows,that failed rows should display in a separate sheet...

If u have any idea...let me know.

Remember that starting a new post for each different question is a desirable requisite, but holding all the stuff related to the same problem (if all instances are close in time, otherwise or if you're not the OP/author place a link in the new one) it's a good practice too, since it gives the whole scope to people who might read and help you.
