networking days b/w 2 dates falling in a given date range

Could someone please help me with the formula to calculate the networking days between the following date range within 01-Apr-2022 to 31-Mar-2023

Sat 01/05/2021​	Sat 30/03/2024​
Sun 01/05/2022​	Tue 31/01/2023​
Sat 01/10/2022​	Sat 31/12/2022​
Sat 01/01/2022​	Sun 31/07/2022​
Sun 01/01/2023​	Mon 31/07/2023​

I found this formula after posting the question. need to tweak a little bit to manage the negative results
