Hi,
My issue is IF a date in Column D has been added on the next line or it could be several lines down (re. Richard example), Open in Column E needs to change to Continuation.
I've highlighted examples of these yellow in Column E for easy recognition, the record needs to become "Continuation" so it won't be counted as "Open" or calculate Average Time...... if closed.
My thoughts are if we could add a unique identifier i.e. name & date Column J, if that unique identifier has a closed date in Column D update Open to Continuation, but putting that into practice is easier said than done.
Thanks again!
Nb: if you have a tip on how to name my post, that would also be welcomed
