Hi all,
I have a bit of a problem with a spreadsheet that I use to control the timeline of the life of certain reports. The original spreadsheet we use was created by an outside consultant, who no longer works with us, and so it has been adapted as things have changed however the construct and formulas used have largely remained the same.
Put as simply as I can, I have to use a formula to populate a cell with a specific date. This date will be generated from the previous steps in the timeline (which is perfectly simple) but needs to take into account a myriad of holiday dates that will be determined by the local authority the report is for. The local authority is held in one of the cells in the spreadsheet and so I then need to match that against the appropriate dates. There are 55 local authorities, which between them have a combination of 9 different holiday date ranges.
I have a sample workbook that I can share if it would be any use, although I can't see anywhere to upload it here.
Please help, thank you.
