Negative Value in Stacked Bar Chat

Hi Chandoo

I have attached a file for you to help me please

I was preparing a project schedule for a high rise

I thought that if I use stacked barchart the negative values will reduce the graph. However this seems not to be the case .

Can you suggest a wayout
I can use MSP but generally initial planning is in excel as other relevant data is in excel. I Want to prepapre a graph directly from excel

Great Idea. This works for me and could work even 4 activtiy (2 on each primary and secondary axes provided the dependency clear Finish to start ). I actually have another activity like MEP services and windows works There are about 8 activities and i wanted to be able to show all of them in one graph. Basically the aim is to develop small line of balance graph to be able to find out at which floor when could we work and visually work out whether a new crew or increasing existing crew is appropriate option.
