Hi All

Need formula conditional formatting to colour shading data rows and subtotals another colour shading for presentation.

The criteria column for subtotals is the Tariff Description Origin.

Annexed file as sample .
Also what is the best colour shading for reading data and printing .

Thanks

To all rows, apply formatting desired to regular rows. Then, we'll use conditional formattings to highlight the totals.
With active cell being A1, use this CF formula applied to range A1:S600
=RIGHT($I1,5)="Total"

IMO, simply bolding the total rows it good, as that way you can still print in black & white. Avoid red/green comparisons due to some people being color blind. Blues tend to work well.
