Need VBA HELP

Hi All MG's(Macro Guru's)

I need a help in the attached sample.xls.
There are two sheets: How i WANT and Rawdata.

Rawdata is the one i get it from tool(downloaded).
How i WANT : I want above RAWDATA in this way (the way is arranged in this).

Can any one please help! and needed in my company!

Dear Mahantesh, i have attached a file see if it gives the output you want click on the button "DOIT"
