Need VBA Help to get dynamic result in textbox and combx depnd upon emp

Dear expert

i need a help on vba userform, where enter form name and password, quiz form question and answer get change dynamically depends upon source of list in Emp_Quiz sheet

for e.g
if i select Amelia Ivy enter into form my form show off only Q1=3,Q2=1,Q3=2
if i select Olivia Ruby enter into form my form show off only Q1=2,Q2=3,Q3=1
dymamically list out values in userform answer will store in sheet Result.

I looked at your workbook but I don't see any code in any of the modules. You say you need help, but it looks like you haven't done anything yet; you don't want advice, you want someone to just write the whole thing for you, right?
