Need VBA Code for drawing

Hi Dear
I am attaching a sample file, it has a drawing based on cell values.
First I want circle to be convert in rectangle shape with round edges and second it should be "up left" instead "bottom right"
Thirdly I want it to changed if cell values changed with the formula.
Currently it changing manually but If I am applying formula, it is not changing, you can also test it.

After That I will add one more question on same, thanks a lot in advance.
