Need VBA Code for Arrange Data

Dear Sir

i am attaching a file which contains Products and its serial Nos in Row. Now I need Product in Column and serials in in front of that product in next Columns. For Example In Second Row - Product is Samyang Brand Photography MF Lens 24MM T1.5 VDSLR II Canon and in 3 rd row its serial is N117B0061 as we sold 1 pcs of this product having Serial No. Now I need Serial Beside its Products. If we sold 3 Pcs of any products all serials are below the Product that also i need beside the Products in 3 Different Columns.

I am Also attaching the Desire Output File for your reference.
Kindly Check the same and Help me.
