need to skip 11-30 lines code using macro

Hi,

I have three sheets where Data is sheet is given input
SQL Template -SQL Queries given to be generated values are passed from the Data Sheet %A%,%B% etc
SQL- sheet where queries generated dynamically on click of generate SQL button

For Ex if column A any empty value is passed, SQL queries generated from 11to 30 from the SQL template.

I need avoid lines 11to 30 which are in template when empty value %A% is passed.

Please suggest and find the attached Sheet
