Need to help to get earliest date from range

Dear Sir,

Kindly need help,

I have multiple events in columns B and I am looking for the output in new sheet which event was 1st event. Example, the Row # 17 should show first. in this way I have around 4000 records.

Thanking you in advance, I prefer the formula without macro.

1. Your dates are shown as text. You need to convert them to numerical Date values. Then apply the Min function to find the earliest date.

And there is an error in F16, it is not a date even as text
