Need to compare two excel files

Hi Friends,

I need macro for comparing two excel files (Each cell wise). After comparison one new sheet should show the mismatched cell details.

**I have application but it is working only on 2003 that is around 65000 rows only.

Kindly let me know if you have any doubts.

Bad code : any of my 2003 code works well with upper version !

Just mod your code to work with any version …
