Hello Friends

Every month i receive around 50 - 60 pdf files from my client, and i have to open each and every file and copy content manually and paste it into excel. It takes lots of time of mine.

Can you please give me a simple macro that can import all this files one by by one and paste its data in one single sheet?

Thanks

Hi !

With a pro Acrobat version you can convert pdf file to Excel files …
And a simple macro does not exist …

Thanks Marc

My office does not have pro Acrobat version, all we have Adobe pdf reader.

What i want to do is that i have a excel file with macro, and if i save all pdf files and the macro file in the same folder, and i run the macro and it should start pulling data from each file and paste in one single sheet, below each other leavig one or two blank rows, i am not worried about the format of the data, i can clean it later and arrange it. my main concern is to import it in excel.

Can you please show code how pdf file is imported and later i can create a loop untill all files are imported

all your help is much appreciated

Excel versions I use do not import pdf file : no native VBA method …
I don't know for recent version like 2013 & 2016 …

There are samples on web using Acrobat reader or other tool
that may work on some pdf files : do a web search …

Or just ask your client for text files instead of pdf files …
