Need help with the chart (with 15 mins intervals)

I would need help with graph in excel comparing different metrics.. a line graph would help.
It should be 15 mins interval. please help. Attached is the file.

Can you please help me with 15 min interval wise instead of 1 hour.

The chart is at 15 min intervals; the problem is that there is not sufficient room to label the axes without extending the chart to cover 40-50 standard width columns.
