Need help with ideas for a two charts

I'm struggling with how to best show slippage from the original due date on a PO to the new date. I want to show the original date in black and then the new revised date in red. I need to visually show late deliveries for several vendors. individual charts are fine for each vendor. The gannt chart is overkill - I want something a little cleaner.

Example data

Company,original date, new date1, newdate2

AAA, 6/1/12,8/1/13

BBB, 5/1/12,9/1/12,3/1/13

There could be multiple new dates hence the 2nd sample data line.

2) The second chart is one that has the same concept of the pie and bubble chart. Multiple vendors and a number of sales let say and the slice is sized accordingly. I don't want to use a pie chart - and was thinking a bar chart. Any other ideas?

Happy holidays and thanks in advance for any ideas.
