Need Help with Excel

I need help in doing the employee banding excercize, I have two file.

File 1, Contains:

1. Business Unity
2. Function
3. Department
4. Designations
5. Salary Range for each Designation
6. Location Type (Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3)
7. Bands

File 2, which contains:

1. Employee ID
2. Name
3. Salary Figure
4. Location Type (Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3)
5. Business
6. Function
7. Department

I need to plot Designations and Bands for each Employee. Designation and Band are dependent on the employee salary, location type and their team.
