Need help with Excel Formula

Hi Guys

Please help me out in attached example wherein, I have rating sheet for products, with no. of people had given their ratings (1 to 5) based on it, I need to calculate highest count of particular rating in "Final Rank" column, for better understanding please refer to attached sheet

Hi Vletm

Thanks for your help, however the result which is required is that, if 9(the values present in grid) people voted for rank 4, then final rank should be 4 (values mentioned has header). Have attached the example for your reference

You meant that solve Ranking (from C3:G3) to 'Final Rank'-column ...
Please, use same terms with You question as in Your sample.
