Need help with an excel chart

I have a list of daily numbers that I have made a line chart of.

I don't know if the following request is even possible.

I would like to have some features in the chart, that I am not capable of doing and I would like some help that I am willing to pay for.

I would like the next day on the line chart to be light green if it is a higher number and light red if it is a lower number.

If the number changes by plus or minus 101 points or more the color should be dark green if it is a higher number and dark red if it is a lower number.

When it changes from a plus number to a minus or from a minus number to a plus number number I would like the next day to be in purple.

I can email the spread sheet with all the info. that is needed.
