Need Help...VBA macro to generate word documents from an excel file

I am new to this forum and need some urgent help...

we need to prepare a VBA macro solution that uses an excel file to generate a pre formatted word document for each row of data in excel file...

thanks Debraj, can do but I would prefer using a macro on the excel file that can trigger this process of creating word documents...

just sent you couple of files... excel and word files... basically all data from excel will populate the placeholders in parentheses in the template...
