Maybe, put this on cell B6 and copied crossed

=SUM($B$5:B5)

B6 =Sum($B5:B5) and copy right until H6
H6 =Sum(B5:H5) and copy right until end

1] Select cumulative years from cell A6 dropdown list

2] A7, enter formula :

=SUM(OFFSET($A$5,0,1,1,$A$6))
