Dear Team

I have huge data as per sample sheet Attached and i need required Out in Sheet No 2. I need the Macro for the same
Also data is huge , Kindly check the same and Help me out

Not a macro, but a Power Query solution.
Update the source data, then update the green table at cell A14 of the Required Data sheet by right-clicking it and choosing Refresh.

Dear Sir

Power Query is not working on this Source file. its contains allmost 9K Rows.

Your data is a mess - I've only used down to row 417, below that it's even messier; you seem to have done some random copy/pasting.
See sheet Table1
