Need Help to Assign Task

Hi All,

I am new to Excel VB. So I need your help to complete a task
I have a file wherein I have a list of task that needs to be assigned to Present employees.
I have attached the file for your reference.
In task sheet there is a list of task that needs to be assigned
In employee sheet there is a list of employs, I have mentioned "yes" in second column for the emlys who are present.
Now I want the task to be assigned within Present employees equally.. For example I have mentioned the same in the output sheet.
Please help me with macro code, its very urgent.
