Need help on Training Reports

Hi,
I need to get the last date that the employee has undergone training. Is there a way to find out what is the last date of training that an employee has undergone based on his Emp No?? Please help.

Hi ,

This array formula will do it.

=MAX(IF($A$2:$A$42 = $A2, $C$2:$C$42))

Since it is an array formula , it has to be entered using the key combination CTRL SHIFT ENTER.

Thank you for your response, but when I used this formula... its giving me the last date in the list which is the completion date of another employee.

Can you please send me the excel file...
