Need Help on Time Difference Formula

Hello All-Greetings for the day!!

Need an urgent help on an Excel Formula where I need to capture Total Time elapsed from a particular timestamp from today(1st Aug 2018) till 9:00pm(1st Agu 2018) to time elapsed from 9:00am next day till another timestamp next day.

To make all understand my requirement,attaching a sample Excel File for reference.

Hi ,

Do you want weekends to be excluded altogether ?

What about other holidays ?
