Need Help on Index and search formula

Hi to all,

Just need on small help to make roster.

want to search staff who are in morning/Evening shift based on Date and shift search.

In cell A10 i will put shift and B10 will be date

want to know which staff is schedule as per A10 and B10.

Try,

1] Select dropdown list in B10 and B11

2] In B14, copied down :

=IFERROR(INDEX(B$3:B$7,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW(B$3:B$7)-ROW(B$2)/(INDEX(C$3:AG$7,,MATCH(B$10,C$2:AG$2,0))=$B$11),ROWS($1:1))),"")
