Need help on 'Autofill' Cells

Hi Friends,

I want to fill the cells A1, A2 and A3.
If I type 'Yes' on A1, then A2 and A3 should change to 'No'. Likewise,
if I type 'Yes' on A2, then A1 and A3 should change to 'No' and
if I type 'Yes' on A3, then A1 and A2 should change to 'No'.

Can anyone help me to get this result?
