Need help in Pivot Table

Hello! I am learning excel to get a promotion in work place, currently I work with Tally only. I want to learn how to make a pivot table which will show 'GCV' variance of max value GCV and min value GCV (GCV MAX - GCV MIN) respective of SOURCE in respective MONTH. The actual data is 20k+ rows*60 columns and official document so I can't share the excel file but I am sharing a mini version of that with needed fields to work with. Calculated fields not working obviously. Could someone please help me with this?
