Need help for =large formula

I have to two columns.


1st column has sales persons, 2nd column has sales amount.

The data is around 50 rows. I want to populate top 3 sales amount for every salesperson using large formula.

I have used simple formula like =large(b2:b50,1), =large(b2:b50,2), =large(b2:b50,3) etc. to get the simple top 10 values.


I want a formula where I will be able to populate top 3 sales for the every individual.


Can anyone help me in this please.
