Need help about vba

Hello friends,
I am new on this forum and don't know about rules and regulations so if i made any mistake then sorry to ask of you first.

I need help in vba

I want to sorting 3 row with 1 condition
Row 1 (party name) row 2 (item name) row 3 (month)

Row 1 and row 2 always sort with (a-z) but if row 3 has any data then row 3 also sort (z-a)
And
Also highlighted cell with buy green color and sell red color.

Please see in picture i attached in this forum.
Please share vba code for this.

  • Use Relevant words in the Title and in the tag Box, This will aid future searches.
  • When drafting a question, try and lay out the question in a clear and concise way.
  • Try and tell the readers what is the situation, what have you tried and what do you want to achieve.
  • Don't leave out information more info is better
  • For the best/fastest results, Upload a Sample File ...
It would help, if You could show expected results too with same Excel-file.

It's too complicated to me bcz I'm not a tech person, please provide me vba code here if possible else no problem, thanks for your time
