Need formulas to copy data from Source Sheet ( StartEnd Change) to Target sheet (Sheet5) for all the values within excel workbook as below

Sheet is perfect Thank you so much but is there any way to get Company name Automatically when drag the cells in Sheet5 for column "A". Please let me know.
