Need Formula

I have huge data and want the as below format.

1. I need PO wise Zone wise top 60 Shade name based on volume. Shade_NM cannot be duplicate.

1st i need the formula to get PO wise Zone wise top 60 Shade_name not duplicate.

2nd i need pivot table where if i can select Base it should automatically give the result in below format.

Base (Filter)0

Zone-1 (N+C+W) Zone-2 (E) Zone-3 (KER) Zone-4 (ROS)
Shade_NM Shade_CD Shade_NM Shade_CD Shade_NM Shade_CD Shade_NM Shade_CD
