Need formula with Pivot Chart

Hello Friends,

I have attached sample book. I want vehicle life completed from his date of registration. Also i need pivot Chart which will show the vehicle year-wise i.e. 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years, ....... 10-12 years completed.

You co-operation will be highly appreciated.
