Need Formula or VB code to compile data

sheet: Layout
You can see both original and requirement, is there a way or formula to do it that it automatically ignore the empty columns and jump to next valid column

I have manually do it since sheet: layout data will be all the way to 250 rows, need formula so it can compile data based on column heading
