Need Formula for counting of only unique values

Hi EG's (Excel Gurus),

I need excel formula for count of only unique values. Attached in the workbook:

Col B is Date column take '11/4/1015'
Col C - Type - SO & SU
Col E - we need count of only unqiue values from Col E with considering the criteria Col-B & C

write ur formula in D2 cell

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly:

Should the value in D2 based on your data be 5?

If the date on the last line of data only was changed to be 5/Nov/2015 would the value in D2 still be 5 or would it change to 6?

Yes... The date column ,order type column, order number column.
