Need Followup date and completion date on drop down selection

Dear All,
Greetings of the day!
I am stuck in problem and wish to get rid of it. please help me get rid of it.
I have an excel sheet in which there are four columns. I Need the date when the follow up start and when it has completed. if I select the Start from drop down menu, date of selection should be display in followup start column in paste special format and unchangeable and when I Select Complete, date of completion should be display in Completion date column. Sheet is attached for your kind reference. please help. thanks in advance.
