Where do You need a code?
Do You use [un]group and term [un]group is use in Excel?
Names 1..5 could be the 1st group and next five names could be the 2nd group and so on...
What would be Your expected results?

With 25 names there are 300 pairings. You can get 220 pairings with 22 groups of 5:
but you're left with 80 pairings you can't put in groups without repeating pairings:
