Need Conditional formating using VLOOKUP

Hello There,

I have 2 columns A & B, with almost identical and missing values.

I would like to make a conditional formatting in both the columns using VLOOKUP (A & B).

If the value of column A, does not exists in Column B then that cell gets a red colour.
If the value of column B, does not exists in Column A then that cell gets a red colour.

Attached a sample workbook for your reference.

Could you please advise how can this be achieved?
