Need a formula for shipping line charges periodically against different size containers

Hi I want to assemble a formula where shipping line charges as follows
container size days charges
20' 1-7 $6
8-14 $9
15-21 $12
there after for every day additional $18

40' 1-7 $12
8-14 $18
15-21 $24
there after for every day additional $36
==============================================
container size days charges
40H' 1-7 $12
8-14 $18
15-21 $24
there after for every day additional $36
==============================================
container size days charges
45H' 1-7 $12

15-21 $24
there after for every day additional $36
==============================================

For the second formula I need to follow the conditions of the second table as given below(skip free time portion)
