The structure of your workbook makes this difficult. If you normalize your data into a single table where the month is part of each record, then you could produce the desired effects with a Pivot Table. I have amended your sheet to what I mean. Pivot Table is on Sheet4 and you can filter by month.

Or, try this formula solution.

1] Put the criteria month in cell H7 and together with a dropdown list

2] In G9, copied across and down :

=INDEX($A$1:$E$27,MATCH($H$7,$A$1:$A$27,0)+ROWS($1:2),MATCH(G$8,$A$2:$E$2,0))
