Multiple worksheets colour coding rows based on a word in a list

Hi

I have a number of worksheets and would like to be able to colour code rows of locations based purely on the name. Example if the name London appears in the location field I would like to make the whole row of data around that in blue colour.

London - Blue
Moscow - Red
Paris - Green
Rome - Yellow

is this possible.

Field headings making up a row, example ...

Emp ID
Name
Position
Location
Employee Start Date
Line Manager ID
Line Manager

Kind Regards

Hi Ben,

My little input to this will be if number of locations are less say four or five than it can be easily done with that many rules for CF as Deepak suggested. But if the location numbers are many say 25 / 50/ 100 or even more than that and for each location you want a different color than VBA will be the option. But of course you may need to know that many colors also to code in :)

Regards,
