Multiple sales person name..tracking outlet increase performance problem

Apologising for the similar spreadsheet again. Please have a look at the file to see the dissimilarity with the previous file. Here the names of the TSO are multiple.

We need to calculate how many outlets increased next month depending on the TSO names.

Please help me to find me formula.

Here the outlet was already reached on January. But on April it shows there is 1 outlet increased (Cell I33). I33 should be 0.

Is there any way to do it. The formula you gave counts the outlet difference from the previous month. How about the outlet was created 2 months back and the TSO creates a memo after a long time to that store.

I think you need to modify the formula so that it takes all the past cells instead of one. Please help me with this.

On the attachment I have attached the file again with the above scenario for your better understanding.
