Multiple if formulas to calculate monthly tax on wage base

Hello Ninjas,

I am looking for a formula that will calculate Rhode Island Job Development tax rate of .21% on a wage base of $23,000 in columns K and S. I am attaching an Excel spreadsheet that shows the correct tax amounts in columns J and S for months July and August respectively.

1] K7, copied down :

=IF(F7<23000,F7*K$6,0)

2] S7, copied down :

=IF(N7<23000,N7*S$6,(23000-F7)*S$6)
