Dear Friends,

Attaching my file, conditions are mentioned in the worksheet. Commissions will be calculated based on those conditions. I know it's very easy, but am newbie, learning & enriching myself from this forum.

Kindly help.

sorry first condition will be applicable for less than 0 days also. that means <0 to 90 days payments.

Your A10 sentence ... hmmm?
... but You can get You % anyway.
Sorry, there is a problem, in case M4 to P4 is blank, and L4 is not 0, then calculation is showing wrong. in that case J4 will not be considered as payment yet to receive. Therefore commission will be 0% also.
Pls help.

=G4*LOOKUP(IF(L4=0,IF(J4>0,J4,0),IF(N4>0,N4,0)),B7:B9,F7:F9)
How can it be sir ? wrong calculation again, see first I shall check 2014-15, if full payment receives, then 2015-16 will be ignored, if full payment not received then it will calculate 2015-16. If again 2015-16 shows O/S amount then commission will be 0%

if you blank M4 to P4, & put your last formula, you will see that commission is showing 355 but in this case commission will be 0.

As I wrote #3: Your A10 sentence ... hmmm?
make 'ten' samples with Your 'ingore ... whatever'
after that it would be 'easier' to figure Your A10.

TPR - Yes - sure - maybe
new term ... 'outstanding' ... cannot find from that sheet ... or can?
If You want to any solution then You should answer questions, make answers which would help to solve Your case.
Not just give 0! Which makes 0? ... 'outstanding' ... which is something?

O/S Amount is outstanding sir. There are two columns heading O/S Amount both for 2014-15 & 2015-16.

TPR - okay - outstanding is ... O/S AMOUNT - okay
'G' should be GROSS VALUE
'L' & 'P' are outstandings
comission = GROSS VALUE * % (depends days)
so, how do 'outstanding' is connection with that formula ... A10-sentence!
