Multiple coloumns with data filter to be viewed in Listbox

Hello Guys!!!


Hope you all are doing well.


I think you guys can help me in resolving my issues, i have prepared a user form which has an data entry firm.... how ever i have a multipage view in that it has a section which i put the 3 option buttons where (1:In Process, 2:Completed,3:rejected)


Now i have a list box on the below of this option buttons,however the data source which will bring into the listbox is already stored in excel and i want these data to be viewed accordingly the option button selected ....
